White River Sting Basketball is the official feeder program for White River High School, serving athletes in the White River, Carbonado, and Dieringer School Districts who aspire to be a FUTURE White River High School Hornet. We provide competitive opportunities for 4th–8th grade athletes who are dedicated to developing their skills, growing as teammates, and competing at a high level.
Our program is built on strong coaching, intentional practices, and a team-first culture. We prepare athletes not only for success in high school basketball, but also to become disciplined, respectful, and resilient individuals off the court.
As a proud affiliate of the Washington State Middle School Basketball organization, our teams strive each season to qualify for and compete in the annual state tournament in Spokane, WA.
Sting Basketball is for players who are passionate, motivated, and ready to be challenged. We provide a positive, competitive environment where athletes can thrive and grow—both as basketball players and as people.
2025 - 2026 Season Tryouts
The 2025-2026 season is right around the corner and we are so excited to get back in the gym!! To register, or for more information regarding tryouts, like date, time, and location details, click the link below.
Uniform fittings will take place during tryouts, so please ensure enough time before or after your time slot.
Rosters will be posted to the website on September 26th. If selected for a team, your payment will be due in full by October 15th.
